My name is Szabolcs [Szabi – the letter ‘z’ is not pronunciated separately] and I welcome You to my website!
I am a fully qualified therapist, accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and a Graduate member of the British Psychological Society. I started studying psychology in 2011 and started practicing in 2014. My therapeutic experience includes working with adults and teenagers/adolescents with a wide variety of difficulties, such as:
- anxiety
- depression
- loss or bereavement
- difficulties with emotional expression
- break up and its difficulties
- loneliness
- isolation
- living abroad and its challenges
- living away from home
- anger-management difficulties
- different forms of abuse
- sleeping difficulties
- suicidal thoughts
- self-harming behaviour.

Videoconference
Online therapy has different forms, for example videoconferencing through a secure, encrypted software, such as Microsoft Teams. You will need a suitable device (with accessories if necessary, such as a headset), internet connection, and a place where you can talk freely.
